Senior Management and Staff

Ken Stafford. President and CEO.
Ken has more than 30 years of experience in the auto repair industry, operating his own facility since 1977 and moving to the Denver area in 1989. He is personally certified in most of the auto body repair specialties, to include General Motors repair school and I-Car certification in all categories. Starting from grade school working for his father, Ken has earned a reputation with his customers as a fair and honest businessman. He is married and has a son and daughter.

Delores Stafford, Director of Marketing
Delores has been our marketing director since 1997. Her work is a large reason for the tremendous growth Southeast Auto Body has experienced over the past several years. Delores has direct contact with over 100 insurance agents and insurance companies in the Southeast market area. In addition Delores maintains memberships in many local and civic organizations and is constantly devoting her time and energy to worthwhile community projects. She is married to the founder of Southeast Auto Body and has two children.

Lynn Quance, Asst. Director of Marketing
Lynn has been with the Southeast Auto Body team since 1994. Her industry knowledge, marketing skills and helpful, friendly attitude are of great benefit to SEAB. Lynn is responsible for recruiting new customers and the retention and expansion of relationships with existing customers. She successfully advertises our services to a large marketing area and excels in assessing and fulfilling our customers’ needs.

Mark Dunning, Office Manager
Mark has served in the U.S Air Force as an aircraft technician. He then worked for Merrill Lynch servicing financial investment accounts for clients around the country before being promoted to a Systems Liaison. Mark has been in the auto collision industry since 1998 and with Southeast Auto Body since 2002. Prior to working for collision repair facilities, Mark worked as a Parts Specialist for a local automotive dealer providing parts to shops like Southeast Auto Body. Mark is married and has a son and daughter.

Chris Diesing, Production Manager
Chris has been in the automotive collision industry since 1988. He attended vocational school in this field and graduated #1 in his class. His educational background includes ASE, I-Car BASF, Sikkens and Dupont certifications. Chris has managed and opened several successful auto collision repair facilities during his 16+ years of management. He is very quality oriented and has gained the respect of his peers by treating everyone with respect.

Allan Weiman, Supplement Manager
Allan has over 30 years of collision repair and refinish experience. He has been employed in numerous positions within the auto collision industry from working in the shop as a painter to being a shop manager. He attended Warren Technical School and is I-Car and ASE certified. Allan has been married over 25 years and has 1 son and 2 daughters.

Alex Cairo, Senior Estimator
Alex’s early experience in auto body repair was gained in his father’s shop where he did some light sanding and prepping for paint. Alex attended Masters School of Auto Body Management, is I-CAR certified, and has been writing estimates since 1987. Alex is married and has two daughters and a son. He moved his family to Colorado in 2005 from Southern California. Alex also speaks Spanish.

Joe Campbell, Senior Estimator
Joe’s father owned a collision repair facility so he grew up in the industry. He graduated from Arapahoe Community College specializing in auto mechanics. Joe has over 37 years of experience in the Denver area, 15 of which he spent as an auto body repair technician. He is married and has two sons.

Toni (Antoinette) Riffle, Customer Service Manager Toni has been part of the Southeast Auto Body team since March 2007. She has a number of years’ experience in the customer service/hospitality field. Her efficiency and attention to detail keep things running smoothly around the office. Toni is dedicated to making sure that everyone who comes to our shop has a pleasant and comforting experience.

MILESTONES

1989: Opened 1000 Square foot shop in Englewood

1991: Facility expanded to 2500 Square Feet.

1992: Renovation of facility begins. Entire workshop and offices redesigned and an additional 6500 Square Feet added

1993: Renovation of facility completed.

2002: Southeast Auto Body enters its 13th year of operation as one of Douglas County’s premier auto body repair facilities and moved to new location.

2002: Southeast Auto Body received the highly coveted Collision Business of the Year award presented during the Industry Night of Achievement ceremony held during NACE in Dallas.

2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007: Winner of a Gold Star Award from Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau for having no complaints in a three-year period.
